Would have given 5 stars but I had to contact them directly because their website was difficult to navigate to get to order a single refill. I suspect the reason for this is because their landing page entices you to upgrade your order to a variety of add on’s. However, their customer services response was efficient and they included a link in their response to get me to the option I needed.

For the first time I experienced a quality issue with a bag of this product. I emailed them and received a very prompt and polite reply offering a new bag or refund. I was happy to accept a replacement as it’s a great product and never had an issue before. Fab customer service, thank you!

Only criticism that I would have is regarding the actual packaging, impossible to reseal the package once opened. Enjoying the product though and the service received when I did reach out was 2nd to none.

As someone with a very sensitive digestive system, manufactured "powdered products"(supplements/protein powders/meal shakes etc..) have never agreed with me... and i have tried A LOT! This is the first time I have a solution, that not only tastes good, but also feels good.

But i think i love the company more for the Customer Services team, who could not be more helpful, and also very kind with their words - I love companies that prioritise CS!
